The BC-RI-PP45-RS-W-LFS541 is a 45-400 mm White PP BioCap® — a closure engineered to prevent the formation of persistent microplastics. Conventional plastic, when it escapes containment, fragments over time into persistent microplastics — synthetic polymer pieces that resist biodegradation and accumulate indefinitely in soil, waterways, and the food chain. Every BioBottle® and BioCap® contains PlasticIQ®, our integrated BioPolymer technology. Packaging built with PlasticIQ® is scientifically verified under ASTM D6954 Tier 1–3 testing to prevent the formation of persistent microplastics if it escapes containment, and is designed to become bioassimilable by microorganisms once exposed to environmental conditions.
